Lugar incrível! Ignore as críticas ruins! Eles estão mentindo!!
Sim, há algum trabalho de construção em curso. Não é ofensivo por nenhum meio. O pessoal é além de educado e útil. Especialmente Dave. Os terrenos são mantidos de forma surpreendente. Literalmente parece com as fotos. É tão limpo. Bem-vindo. Bons preços. A comida é incrível!
Tudo em torno de um lugar incrível que eu voltaria. E eu sou conhecida por ser uma “Karen” às vezes. Se houver algo para lamentar, vou dizer.
Não tenho nenhuma queixa. Não tenha medo das críticas ruins como eu estava depois que reservamos. Eles estão mentindo!!!
É um resort de praia, então espere que alguns dos alojamentos sejam ligeiramente “datados” é o ponto! Mas eles são belos finais.

Evite o restaurante da praia!
Vale a pena pagar para ir à praia, mas tomar sua própria comida ou sair para comer em outro lugar!

Toalhas de WC bastante usadas e com pouco bom aspecto.
A limpeza dos quartos muito básica, sendo que na nossa estadia de 4 noites a casa de banho nunca foi limpa.
Infraestruturas no geral são boas, espaços exteriores muito agradáveis.
A praia é razoável, estava com algumas algas que os funcionários do Hotel limpavam pela manhã mas deixavam ficar em pequenos montes na areia, o que não é aceitável visto que a praia é privada deste hotel.
O Hotel dispõe de um shuttle com horários definidos que levam e trazem gratuitamente os hóspedes do Hotel ao Pier e vice-versa, ou por mais 50 baht para Sairee Beach (só na ida, na volta não está disponível).

Staff muito atenciosos e cordial
Porém, o hotel deve ter um proprietário muito ausente ou deve ser de um fundo de investimento.O padrão de limpeza e manutenção é sofrível O problema não está nos funcionários. Está no mind set dos donos e isto não é importante para os mesmos. Um pena!

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. Renovation work will be carried out from 10 September 2024 to 20 December 2024 daily, from 08:00 to 18:00. Guests will experience some noise from 10:00 to 17:00.
It is prohibited to bring durian to the hotel.
