Alojamento confortável e excelente localização
O Ionas Boutique Hotel é um belo marco histórico e em uma excelente localização. Nossos quartos eram confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados. O proprietário e o pessoal do hotel foram muito caloroso e acolhedor, amigável, útil e acolhedor. Eu definitivamente recomendaria muito Ionas Boutique Hotel e espero voltar.

Inhóspito. Rude. Humilhante.
O gerente / pessoal mais rude que eu já conheci em um hotel em qualquer país.
Eu cheguei à entrada do jardim do pátio aberto onde as pessoas estavam tomando café da manhã. Eu perguntei educadamente, ‘poderia eu entrar apenas para um café?’ ao qual ela respondeu, ‘sim, é claro’. Na metade do meu café, uma mulher sentada em outra mesa me chamou, sem ir até a minha mesa, ou mesmo de pé, “estás dormindo no hotel?” Eu disse não. “Você não deveria estar aqui então. Isto é apenas para os hóspedes do hotel! ’
Disse-lhe que tinha perguntado à garçonete se podia entrar só para tomar um café. (Eu suponho que uma residente não se penduraria fora do portão aberto, esperando a permissão.) “Você disse a ela que você é um ‘outsider’?
“O que você quer que eu faça?” perguntei educadamente.
“Não repita.”

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your visit. Our courtyard garden is reserved exclusively for hotel guests, as communicated by our staff. While you may have asked for a coffee, it seems there was a misunderstanding, and the staff member was not aware that you were not staying at the hotel at the time of your request. Once this was clarified, our staff promptly informed you of the policy.
It is also important to note that, unfortunately, you did not settle the bill for the coffee you consumed. While we aim to create a welcoming environment, we also expect all visitors to follow our guidelines and pay for any services rendered.
We apologize if you felt the interaction was not handled in the most tactful manner, but we are committed to ensuring that our policies are respected while offering a high level of service to our guests. We hope this provides some context, and we wish you well in your future travels.

Céu em Chania!
Um hotel maravilhosamente restaurado no meio do antigo bairro turco, sem trânsito, no centro de Chania. Uma empresa familiar onde o cuidado com os hóspedes é a prioridade. Quartos encantadores, café da manhã excelente e um jardim encantador na cobertura. A uma curta distância de vários restaurantes excelentes e perto do porto. Nós realmente não queríamos ir embora.

Bonita casa de hóspedes
Um pouco difícil encontrar o 1 street time, mas muito boa situação. No coração de Chania, uma casa muito bem restaurada, grande sala bem organizada. A equipe é muito agradável, ajudando e amigável. O café da manhã é excelente, com uma boa escolha de tudo.

Não como anunciado
Chegamos tarde depois de uma longa viagem de Newark, NJ. O lugar é muito bonito, mas os quartos não se parecem com as fotos. Reservei uma suíte junior com jacuzzi. Não pegue a banheira, foi dito que era que ou um chuveiro de hidromassagem que não era de todo claro da listagem. A cama está em cima de um degrau com degraus em apenas um lado (o que você deveria fazer para descer do outro lado, pois não há espaço para andar na frente da cama ... você deveria engatinhar um sobre o outro? ?) e este foi um enorme risco de quedas durante a noite. O banheiro era tão - assim, as camas eram muito duras eo sofá-cama era horrível para dormir, mesmo para a minha filha de 19 anos. O café da manhã foi adorável e WiFi boa, então vou dar-lhes adereços para isso. A localização não é conveniente para caminhar até a área da cidade velha. Decidimos nos mudar e fomos atingidos com uma taxa de cancelamento de 30%. Compreendo que teria sido cobrado não tivéssemos mostrado a todos, mas se não nos foi dado o que nos foi prometido eo alojamento foi pobre, penso que foi muito injusto. Quando tentei apelar através da reserva. com, foi-me dito que me ofereceram o quarto com jacuzzi (uh, não) e que eu "exigiu" um quarto com vista para o mar (mais uma vez, não). Escolha outro lugar. . .

We would also like to give our side of the story.
Your reservation for Junior Suite , applies to two rooms, one has bathtub jaccuzi and the other has shower cabin. This is mentioned even before you reserve the room on the room amenities " bathtub or jet shower " . It is very clear that you did not pay attention on the description and you were dissapointed.
The next day you complained to our employee, about the bathtub , the step that you thing was not convinient and the view of the room, tried to explain you, you did not want to listen and offer you to change room at that moment, to the room with bathtub , that has no step in the room.
Your reply was that you wanted to leave, you did not even look at the room and then you argued that our hotel is too far from the port.
Our hotel is located 500 meters from the entrance of the old venetian harbour ( 7 minutes in walking distance) and is part of the old town located in a quite pedestrian street.
At the end we realized that you wanted to departure no matter what we say or what room we offered in order to go to an accomodation that has view of the harbour and the sea.
With your reviews and and communication with Booking.com and bank you want to get refunded for the cancellation fees applied, with the excuse that we did not offer what we promised but anyone can see with a small search that your arguments have no base.
We can always send you documents and photos that can prove our statement if you want, since you are still not convinced that our hotel has not mislead you and stop this false accusations.
In the end we hope you and your family ,had nice time in Chania town and enjoyed your holidays.
