Food was excellent at lunch and breakfast. James and Nikki were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we genuinely felt looked after.
The only slightly strange event was returning at 10.45 after a concert to find the hotel locked up, but a bang on the window sorted it.

Comfortable beds, lovely bedrooms and full of character.
The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was superb.
