Have been staying here twice. As a foreign&solo traveler, the room is good enough for me from all aspects. Hope to enjoy my next stay here soon.

Não é recomendado morar em... As instalações são relativamente antigas. Quando me mudei, a luz não podia ser acesa e pensei que estava quebrada. Demorou muito para acender. A torneira também está quebrada... Se ficar ligada, não vem limpar

Not within your typical central core region of Tokyo but that means its nested with more local neighbourhood. Great location for me, good escape from the city life.
That said, hotel is located walking distance from 2 train stations on different lines so fairly convenient to get around!
Hotel staff are easy going, yet professional!
Definitely consider staying there again!
Oh! And did i mention 2 super good ramen just around the hotel? Super good!

Everything was great tho you have to take a train for at least 40mins to get to the downtown.

Effective from Oct 2002, an accommodation tax will be charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and must be paid at the hotel.
