- Staff is really helpful despite Trip.com forward the incorrect reservation details. (I booked a connecting room with 4 single beds based on the listing but Trip.com does not spell out the 4 single beds portion to the hotel.) So the hotel only provide each room with 1 double bed instead of 2 single bed. Hope Trip.com will rectify this issue one and for all in their system. Traveller better keep all the emails and receipt to prove their order.
