Nice and tidy room in a newly renovated facility. We were happily surprised that a simple, selfservice breakfast was included. The guesthouse is not staffed though and we had some trouble with keys (witch was solved). Staff is available on Snapchat. The rooms could be better soundproof, but it was not very noisy during our stay.
We were well recieved and had good advice of different tourist attractions, nice restaurants and public transport.
The location is good, just between the central station and the Colosseum, but the neighbourhood felt a bit rough. Just a few blocks away there were a nicer area with cosy tavernas and small street. And nothing bad happened, though we walked everywhere.
Considering everything, including a very modets prize, we can highly recommend 7 miracles.

A couple of suggestions that would make this perfect are more coat hangers in the wardrobe and maybe a couple of hooks on the back of the room door and bathroom door.
We will return to Rome and would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to friends visiting this amazing city.
