Very good value for money!

Comments about lack of cleanliness not understandable. Room and hotel were clean, even if something got old.
Great outdoor facilities with covered terrace, pool and tennis court. Basically great location!
Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations significantly!

Dirt hotel.
My boyfriend and I stayed for one night in room 338 of this hotel.
The decor is dated, but the most serious and main problem is the cleanliness and care of the room!
The bed in which we slept was covered with fabric full of dust and hair, the floor stained, as well as the walls of the bedroom and those of the bathroom, the shower head was full of limestone and mold, note the photos...
The only positive note of this stay at this hotel was the very polite receptionist, who among other things waited for us and made us check in outside the established time. Strategic location of the hotel, close to all services, but at the same time away from the city smog, really shame about the cleanliness because it is the most important thing!

la ringraziamo per averci raccontato la sua esperienza, anche se ci dispiace profondamente leggere che il soggiorno non sia stato soddisfacente.
Ci rincresce in modo particolare sapere che la pulizia della camera non abbia rispettato gli standard che ci impegniamo a garantire quotidianamente.
Abbiamo preso nota delle sue segnalazioni riguardo al letto, ai pavimenti, ai muri e al soffione della doccia: quanto descritto non è accettabile e provvederemo a verificare immediatamente la camera 338 e a intervenire dove necessario con il nostro staff.
Siamo però felici che abbia apprezzato la gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception, che con disponibilità ha effettuato il check-in oltre l’orario previsto, così come la posizione strategica dell’hotel, vicina ai servizi ma in una zona tranquilla e lontana dal traffico.
Le chiediamo scusa per i disagi riscontrati: la pulizia è una priorità assoluta per noi e ci dispiace non esserci mostrati all’altezza su questo punto fondamentale.
Il suo commento ci sarà utile per migliorare e fare in modo che simili situazioni non si ripetano.

AVOID
AVOID! We got a room in an annexe building (#2) and found the building smelling of petrol and the staircase to the room rather dirty (lots of dust everywhere). Ok, that can happen... But the room! After a few steps across the room we noticed that hair and lots of dust had gathered around our feet. On closer inspection we found an incredible amount of hair (human and probably dogs´) and an equally incredible amount of dust on the floor. I went to the reception, showed them a cloth full of dirt gathered from the floor and asked them to propose a solution. The lady in charge only glared at me, said "you get your money" and gave me the money for the room. Then she turned and disappeared. We went out for dinner. When we came back, the room was empty (and apparently freshly cleaned) and our baggage was gone. Back to reception: the lady in charge bellowed "the reservation has been cancelled ("storniert")", requested the room key and pointed to our bags at her feet... Incredible, but true...

Hotel scam
When reported on the hotel site does not correspond at all to reality. Rooms are cramped, old furniture, uncleaned bathrooms, non-existent air conditioning. The structure itself is old and dilapidated with plaster coming off. In addition to internal problems even the exteriors are not the least cared for, everywhere presence of scrap.
They are very smart because they require Reservation Confirmation via link on mail.with card as guarantee. This makes it very difficult to challenge what is offered to the customer.
Unfortunately, the great tourist demand in the area allows these facilities to continue to operate and the poor customer just has to suffer.

Very old hotel, shabby room, a hovel, no climate, 40 degrees outside, and at least 50 inside the room, while in the reception and breakfast room you died of cold (climate) should renovate it and charge less for the room (very expensive) Blind bathroom and no vacuum cleaner NEVER AGAIN
