Basic, but clean
package. They also had a nice cold drink when we arrived a bottles of water in the room. Room was air conditioned. Breakfast basic, not much besides pancakes if you want Western food. Normally eggs I guess, but they said they were out of eggs.

Didn't get the room we booked
The staff were actually nice and very polite, but they don't seem to understand good customer service. Also, the rooms advertised as "economy rooms" are NOT economy rooms, they are the deluxe rooms. We stayed one night and left first thing.

Good place to extending visas down the road
On arrival we noticed there seemed to be quite a lot of rooms, however for some reason we were in a dark room in the back behind the reception area. Despite that the room did the job... nice and clean, comfy bed, working tv and aircon and a nice warm shower. My only complaint is that we had quite a lot of mozzies in our room.
Breakfast in the mornings in a nice addition, they served us freshly made pancakes and have some precooked Indonesian food laid out in a buffet. I would have enjoyed a few more fruit options!
The girl behind reception is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. We hired a bike from here to get to Sengigi which cost us 50k and got us there and back!

Excellent for a short stay!
Honestly our stay was decent, better than what we expected. The room was ok, not too small, you will get tv, aircon, mineral water and private bathroom. Everything was clean and we even get hot water shower and a welcome drink (which we really appreciate after a long ride from Bali). Not only that, location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and city center, the staff were also very lovely, they send us email to make sure our arrival time and assist our every need.
The only drawback is we get old blanket which itched me but not my husband maybe only because i have very sensitive skin.
You really can't ask more with the price that affordable. Definitely recommended!

Worth for stay 1 night
The room, bathroom and facilities inside really clean and convenient to spend the night.
At bathroom, hot water was not expected before, but it's provided. TV also provided with satelitte channels.
Breakfast was not good, but still worth with price we paid.
Recommended!
