they are amazing person , very helpful ,fast respon , very kind and humble ,, feel like home here coz got big smile everyyday make my day better !!
Long stay here for more than 2 week and all is perfect !! Will back again next time ..

Best experience
The place was really beautiful
The room was really big and comfy, the staffs are really helpful and kind
I love the foods, although, I ordered ice cafe latte, for me, it was so so, too much milk
10/10 would recommend

The best hotel in Malang
The staff is very polite and friendly and helpful.
The view from the room is very beautiful, especially the mountain views that surround the city of Malang
