Friendly and helpful staff
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really hospitable and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and on the last day of our stay they organized an event where they showed cultural dance and songs. Really a mesmerizing experience altogether. I will recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful Stay!
After travelling for 12 hours straight from Delhi to Gangtok…we were actually not expecting this. IT WAS AMAZING!! Rooms were spacious, staff was really nice, and ambiance was great. Loved it!!!!!!♥️

Echo friendly
It was a great experience for me, I met very good people in the hotel (Pema, Pretisha, Priya, Smitha, Dev, and Rashmi ) and I had good food in the hotel. I went Gangtok on a solo trip, they helped with the list of places to visit. They also had a small bar, the bartenders were very nice and knowledgeable, they can make you a good drink that you like in your style. Cheap and best hotel.

Not Good Experience.
We stayed here for 3 nights and we had 3 rooms, Room sizes are good but in one of the room named Rose AC was leaking continously in 2 out of 3 nights.
Bathrooms were clean, but there was some strange smell as if the exhaust were functioning in opposite direction. Don't go for there meal packages as there is were limited menu and they are very stuborn that you need to eat out of these 2 items only, Service is very slow as they are understaffed. 1 person is doing everything taking your orders, putting your plate, making your cocktails, cold coffees, everything. One shift one guy that's it. Although 8/10 items were prepared good and tasty. Even no options in breakfast buffet.
3. Junior Staff is well mannered and polite.
