Um lugar agradável e relaxante para ficar.
O Social Hub fica a uma curta caminhada da estação de trens, então pegamos o número 9 de trens para o centro da cidade e para a estação de trem Centraal quando voltamos para casa. Na direção oposta, o trem número 9 foi para o Zuiderpark, que foi muito útil para mim no sábado de manhã quando fiz o parkrun.

Má experiência. Pobre relação qualidade-preço.
Eu tive uma experiência muito ruim e não vou recomendar este hotel para nenhum dos meus parentes ou amigos.
Evento que pedi para resolver esses problemas que acabei de mencionar, nenhuma ação foi tomada pelo seu pessoal.
Durante a noite, os alunos onde se divertir fora na frente da recepção, gritando, cantando e rindo até às 2 da manhã, pelo menos duas noites. Eu tenho reclamado novamente para o pessoal e foi um pouco abandonado ontem à noite da minha estadia. Outros clientes também se queixavam. Como é possível que este hotel não tenha um conjunto rigoroso de regras para evitar que os clientes sofrem por essas situações desconfortáveis?

I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you faced. It's disappointing to know that the room temperature wasn't as warm as you'd have liked. Our AC system is designed to keep the room 3 degrees less than the external temperature, but we could've provided an extra fan if we knew the issue persisted. I'm also concerned to learn that your room was noisy and that the requested quiet room did not meet your expectations. Our higher floors are generally quieter, and we also offer earplugs for a better sleep experience. It seems there was a miss in communication for which I truly apologize. Regarding the shower, we will definitely look into this matter to ensure that it doesn't happen again. For the disturbance caused by other guests, I understand how frustrating this can be, and I'm glad to hear that the noise was reduced on your last night after you reported it to our staff. We do have measures in place for guest comfort, and we'll review our enforcement of these policies.
