Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees). Beds can be made upon arrival for an additional cost of EUR 8 per person. After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from April to October. Reception opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Tuesday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that the spa will be closed from 17 to 19 September. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival.
