Very poor organisation
Locked up until 3:30 in the morning outside because no key in the lockbox in the evening and no night watchman or emergency number....
To add to this, a very poor communication between the staff who wanted to charge us the room the next day....
No pressure in the shower in the morning so almost impossible to shower.....
Very very disappointing experience!!!!

Lunch, night and breakfast Chez Camille in Arnay
Hotel:
+ beautiful building, spacious, clean rooms and bathroom
- very noisy, you can hear everything in the hotel and outside, our room door was very hard and it made a lot of noise when we opened or closed it. No air conditioning but not even a fan in the room, in the middle of summer
- the service: we had lunch reserved at noon, we arrived at 11:50, the staff was having coffee in front of the entrance to the terrace, we just wanted to sit down to wait, they looked at us askance before a waitress “invites” us to wait “I’ll let you wait please” in a pinched and annoyed tone, a nice welcome!
Restaurant:
+ a rich and varied menu with a real proposition, a beautiful creation, especially the pâté encrust.
- the wine list and the service: we selected a Mercurey (around €40) and the latter was undrinkable, the color was translucent and had no taste. We asked to change. The manager told us that his customers liked it and charged us for the bottle when we understood that he agreed to take it back. The way of responding to us by turning against us and immediately taking a defensive position without even trying to fix things seemed inappropriate to us. He didn't even offer to charge us for the bottle at cost, which would have been a middle-of-the-road commercial gesture, and maintained that it was good wine (it was fake news, it was bad!)
Breakfast: very simple but effective, nothing more
To conclude, the food is good, the wine selection leaves something to be desired (you don't put such a bad wine on your menu), the service is awkward.
