Staffs are friendly. I really appreciate the hotel service for free.
I suggest that the hotel needs to look for transportation access for its clients since it was quite far from the downtown.

Good overall value on price. just a little far from the malls, airport and beach. Great size pool!

Good overall value on price.
Great size pool!
However, the experience was marred by:
1) The resort location was a little far from SM Roxas and Robinson Malls. Over 15 mins travel time via tricycle or taxi - According from our taxi driver - Roxas City has only 3 working Taxis operated by Southwest Taxis during the period we were staying in Roxas.
2) The onsite cafe and room service closed by 6 pm. Very, very limited drinks/refreshments available after 6 pm.
3) The onsite massage service used offsite staff and we had to wait. After 30 mins wait. We had to chase the staff up to see when the masseuse will arrive at the hotel. In the end, we had to cancel as they still had not arrived and sorted an alternative offsite provider.
4) The breakfast choice was very limited. On one day the pre-order breakfast failed to be served at the pre-arranged time. This was organised the night before.
5) The Main desk in the room, which was connected to the coffee area, had ants crawling around searching for food. If you left an empty candy wrap by mistake on the desktop - the industrious ants would find it and tell their fellow ants.
6) There was no phone in the room so room to room or the front desk/Housekeeping was not available. So you had to walk to the other room to speak to your other family members or go downstairs to get any assistance or help required.
7) Not dog friendly as promoted, no dog bed, but charged the same rate as having an extra person staying in the same room.
