When you stay at Tabada Homestay in Mambajao, you'll be near the beach, within a 5-minute drive of Mambajao Parola Park and Balbagon Ferry Terminal. This guesthouse is 3 mi (4.9 km) from Katibawasan Falls and 3.5 mi (5.6 km) from Agoho Beach. Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance. Grab a bite from the grocery/convenience store serving guests of Tabada Homestay. Local cuisine breakfasts are available daily from 6 AM to 1:00 PM for a fee. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request). Make yourself at home in one of the 5 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include desks, housekeeping is provided on a limited basis, and rollaway/extra beds can be requested.

Lovely resort to relax
Pool bar was great and meals were reasonably priced and nice. Cheaper options outside the hotel but very little as far as other options go as there is very little in the area.
Beach along side the resort was clean and well maintained by the resort with activities available.
The only feed back in particular is that the tiling around each of the villa pools and larger pools is really quite slippery and dangerous when wet. I would be very cautious of having young kids and slipped over myself next to our villa pool.
Whilst the golf carts driving around the grounds are practical to assist guests, these seemed noisy quite late at night and early in the morning.
Reception staff were very friendly, but had quite limited English and on occasion was passed between multiple staff on the phone for someone to communicate with.
I would recommend this place for a couple of days to switch off and relax, but not for too long in the Lang Co area given there is little else to do outside the resort.
Whilst the temperature was really hot outside and it was nice to cool off, we found the hot water in shower didn’t quite warm up enough meaning the showers were a little too cold. Unfortunately we also had water issues in our Villa on the final evening and morning meaning there were times where our sinks and toilets had no running water. I would hope this was only a temporary issue for the resort.

Langco is a ghost town dont bother staying here
The beach is beautiful (although many areas are now used as rubbish tips) but the whole area of Langco is not worth visiting.
All the beachside hotels are either closed or run down. The whole area collapsed after Corona and no one stays here anymore apart from day trippers on way from Da Nang to Hue. The actual hotel is well built but totally soleless.
For example: The same song is pumped out of the speakers non stop all day long.
We would not recommend staying here it’s a ghost town and there are many other areas that are much nicer.

Regarding your concern about the hotels closed or run down, we would like to clarify that after the Covid time the economic is going down. Many hotels, resstaurant have to close as the real you see.
About the same song you mentioned, it is the technical issue that we need to find out and fix right away. We do apology for that and will remind all team to care about anything to be better.

We spent 9 nights at Langco Bay Retreat and used it as a base to relax and to explore central Vietnam. We stayed in an Ocean View villa with a private pool, which was amazing.
It felt that travelling such a long distance (from the UK) and staying there for that period of time was quite unusual and that most people seemed to visit for a shorter time. On that basis, the resort really is a brilliantly calm santuary from the busy towns and cities in Vietnam and the beach was a highlight. However, it did work as a base to explore. Of our 9 days, we visited Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, using the services of a local driver. If there was one suggestion I'd make to improve the resort, it'd be to offer excursions to these places, or even just a shuttle service to Da Nang.
The staff were exceptional. Really polite, accommodating and chatty. Special shout out to the Assistant Bar Manager, Tung, who gave us great insights into Vietnam, especially Vietnamese cuisine, and kept the Hudas flowing! And made a great coconut coffee. The free buffet breakfast was great too, with so much choice.
Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and when we come back to Vietnam, we'd stay again 🇻🇳.

If you are wanting to escape hustle and bustle this is the place. We stayed 10 nights and it was magic. Treated like VIPs which made our time there even more special.
