Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback following your recent stay at Cresta Riley’s Hotel.
Your feedback is highly valued and will be used constructively to maintain and improve our standards of service and facilities. Please accept my sincere apologies for the discomfort and inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback regarding the smell of sewage in the bathroom, slow service Staff and your email that was not responded to by no means reflects the high standard of quality and service that Cresta Riley’s Hotel is usually proud to offer. I confirm therefore that l am investigating your concerns in serious light and corrective action will be taken to rectify our shortcomings.
Guest feedback is imperative for us to ensure whether we are meeting and exceeding our Guests' expectations or not. We rely on Guest feedback to determine both the positive and negative aspects of our Hotel and to improve wherever possible. Your feedback has therefore been truly invaluable to us.

Não é Tão Bom
Nunca transporte a partir do aeroporto, mas OK para o aeroporto.
Refeições OK em geral, mas não fim ragu gazela.
Muito, gazela muito difícil.
Piscina também uma bagunça e não se encaixa para nadar.

Estadia razoável, muito caro
Não espere luxo mas uma cama confortável com um bom chuveiro e a/C. Certifique-se de que você pedir um quarto no guarda-lamas remodelado.
Nós não tivemos jantar em Riley, mas gostei do seu pequeno-almoço, com uma boa escolha.
