Um bom valor
Se você está esperando uma experiência de serviço completo, isso não é para você. Se você está procurando um bom valor e quer comer no seu quarto, este é o lugar. Meu quarto estava limpo e tudo funcionou. O estacionamento estava limpo e estava calmo. Norman era muito gentil como era Lisa.

Ficar aqui é um risco para a sua segurança física - agressão sexual
Esta foi a PIOR experiência em um hotel da minha vida. Esta também é a primeira vez que escrevo uma crítica negativa. Eu não planejava fazer isso, mas não vi outra opção. Grite para Lisa na recepção e Norman! Que são completos mentirosos que sorrirão na sua cara. Eles disseram que me reembolsariam pelas 2 noites sem perguntas, por causa da bagunça total lá. Eles mentiram, depois mentiram para a reserva. com, e novamente para a empresa porque não o fizeram, informando à empresa que o processamento levará '48 horas'. Já se passaram mais de 2 semanas e esta situação ocorreu há quase um mês. Desde o encanamento emitido e a fumaça dos cigarros (quarto um) sendo removida (eles disseram 10 minutos, esperaram mais de 40 minutos no lobby sem uma pessoa à vista) e uma infinidade de outras questões e 2 quartos depois para uma estadia de 2 noites. O agressor foi um homem rude e corpulento entrando no meu quarto à noite, quando eu estava na cama. Ele poderia ter me agredido, eu estava sozinha, na cama, e apavorada. Se você puder evitar este lugar, RECOMENDO FAZER ISSO A TODO CUSTO. Ficar aqui é um risco para sua segurança.

Quartos e serviço nojentos
Nunca mais voltarei, fiquei com a ESA alguns anos atrás. Agora é um pesadelo. O quarto tinha apenas 1 toalha de banho, sem sabão ou TP, sem microondas, latas de lixo ou cabides em uma sala de reserva de estadia prolongada. Eu queria fazer o check-out, mas me disseram que minha reserva de uma semana não era reembolsável e o gerente junto com a empresa. O atendimento ao cliente nunca se preocupou em me ligar de volta e eu parava no escritório diariamente e sempre dizia que o GM não estava disponível.

Lugar HORRÍVEL para ficar e desonesto!
Ficamos nos estúdios Hometown na Colonial Drive em Orlando em 28 de dezembro de 2023. Ele anunciou no site que aceita cães, mas quando chegamos lá, tivemos que discutir sobre deixar nosso cachorro entrar, pois eles estavam recusando. Tirei uma captura de tela da publicidade e mostrei a eles. Finalmente nos deixe entrar. Apenas para encontrar outro cachorro no segundo andar já lá! ! Nosso quarto estava imundo, então acabamos dormindo em nossos sacos de dormir (peguei-os em nossa van) e em nossos próprios travesseiros. Passei pela vassoura (de novo a peguei em nossa van), pois o chão estava crocante de sujeira. Quando saímos na manhã seguinte, tiramos fotos do quarto. Deixou um pouco mais limpo do que quando entramos! ! Tínhamos feito um depósito de segurança de $ 50, fomos informados de que o devolveriam, mas nunca o fizemos! Voltei para fazer isso no dia 9 de janeiro antes de deixar Orlando para o Norte. O gerente, Cameron, pesquisou e disse que estava sendo retido pela Corporação por uma certa Alissa e NÃO SABIA POR QUE foi retido. Você pensaria que o gerente SABERIA! ! ! Abriremos uma disputa legal quando voltarmos para casa. É uma questão de PRINCIPAL e do que é certo e errado! ! Sinta-se enganado SEM MOTIVO e NUNCA voltará a nenhum hotel subcontratado pela RED ROOF! ! !
