Thank you for taking time to share your experience at our hotel. I am certainly disappointed to hear that your experience did not meet the level of service we strive to provide each of our guest. Also, I apologize that we did not have the opportunity to correct the problems before you checked out. The Madison police department will periodically patrol all of the parking lots in the Madison area. Madison prides itself in the safety of its travelers as well as its community and it is just their way of continuing to provide that same level of protection. I assure you that is not because of any problems that we have experienced at our hotel. I hope that you will stay with us in the future so that we will have another opportunity to provide you with the level of service we strive for.

I am sorry that our gym did not meet your expectations. I am sure you were aware of the gym we had on site but also the off site gym which we are a membr of. It is our hope that by providing both of these facilities we might be able to provide everything our guests need. I would certainly welcome your suggestions. Thank you!
