Grande semana em Villa Mandi
O pessoal era tão simpático e útil (menção especial para Lien que era tão adorável) A comida era ótima, muita escolha. O hotel está em uma boa localização se você quiser sair e sobre. Nós só queria uma semana fria, então não se aventurou muito.
Nós definitivamente voltaremos.

We are very sorry you did not enjoy the options for our buffet. Food is always very personal , but we always try to give enough options to satisfy everyone and our staff is continuously refilling the food.
Normally,;due to the high occupancy on Christmas season we are in, it might take some time to service everyone at the bar or reception when lines can get formed. We try to give everyone the attention they deserve, but normally, one might have to wait up to five minutes before being assisted. We try to be fast and efficient, but we try to avoid making our guests feel rushed or saying they were not paid enough attention and care.
We hope next time you decide to come to Tenerife you give us a second chance!
