Nobody cares about guests, only about their valets
The apartment is really huge but pretty empty. In the bathroom there is not even a small place to place your cosmetics on. Just 4 hooks for towels.
The Villa Irene doesn't have a permanent staff, there is just a lady coming to give you a key. She was very nice but had no chance to help with issues.
The room was absolutely overpriced (690 Eur for 5 nights) and it was definitely not worth it. We stayed in different apartments in Trencanske Teplice, but this one was a great disappointment. It's far away from what you see on pictures.
If you are planning to visit this spa town, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. We will surely go somewhere else.

פשוט חוויה רעה
הזמנו דירה עם מרפסת קיבלנו אחת בלי, לא היו מספיק
כלי מיטה לכולם, כשביקשנו קיבלנו תשובה של להיסתדר עם מה שיש, בסוף הילדים ישנו על המזרון המלוכלך.
אין עם מי לדבר בקבלה וגם הודעות לא מקבלות תשובה.
