Impressionante.
Quartos lindos, confortáveis, aconchegantes.
Gastronomia com várias opções.
Café da manhã incrível.
Piscinas, parque aquático, etc.
Estrutura belíssima.
Funcionários muito bem preparados, cordiais e eficientes.

Este é o hotel mais não familiar amigável. Eles não recebem grande grupo e vão dividir a família e é o pior de Dubai

Stunning Hotel with equally poor guest service

Atlantis The Royal offers luxurious rooms and impressive facilities, but the service definitely needs substantial improvement. We came to celebrate my wife’s special milestone birthday. Despite reminding staff at least three times about my wife’s birthday, and them confirming they had noted it, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion while they promised condiments will be provided. The staff also tended to be overly talkative, unnecessarily extending conversations rather than being efficient.
On a positive note, *Malibu*, the hotel’s restaurant, provided excellent service. The staff there made a genuine effort to acknowledge my wife’s birthday, making for a memorable dining experience.
It was especially disappointing for a hotel of this marketed caliber to miss acknowledging such an important occasion. This lack of attention to detail really stood out during our stay.
Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are excellent, the service, particularly in guest recognition, needs significant improvement.
