Very Good Experience

The new owners are just fantastic
Very welcoming and courteous
We stayed in a king room which was clean and comfortable
The beach is only about a 5 min walk
The restaurants are just round the corner
So great spot and convenient location
Will surely go back and definitely recommend

This place is incredibly run down but thats not the issue the issue is this...No one should be subjected to a room in a Motel or Hotel that is filthy under any circumstance and no matter how much was paid ( $160/night) in Canada.
Sheets and towels were surprisingly clean, front desk girl was nice but the positive experience ended there.

Horror movie

Biggest crap hole in Ontario. Went in to look at the rooms and their wS garbage surrounding the entire building. Smells like the place had flooded before. Definitely needs a visit by the ministry of health. These standards may pass in China but not in Canada. Still turns my stomach thinking of the place.
