Good location, beds are very comfy. This hotel has a restaurant very very good food and portions. Has a lounge and off sale. Friendly staff.

The staff were friendly, however I got told the wrong thing numerous times affecting my money I had for my trip. I was staying 3 nights, two nights paid for, then the third night was an added night. I was told I would be able to stay in the same ook and pay one damage deposit. That didn’t happen and I have to put down another damage deposit, putting my credit card balance to zero when I needed that money for my trip. Also when I booked room I was told I could have my child’s birthday at the pool, the day they informed me that I was not able to do that. My child was turning 9 and it broke her heart.

The room was not as shown in the photos, I was under the assumption that there was a bathtub and not just a shower-I like to soak in the tub before bed as I have a bad back and the pictures showed a bathtub.
There was pink mold in the shower and there were some dark hairs on the shower walls-I’m blonde so they definitely weren’t mine. The carpet was crunchy-glad I brought my slippers because I’m not sure how clean it was.
Bed was comfortable.
My guess is the water park is the reason most people stay here.

Both rooms we rented had cockroaches. My daughter woke up to one crawling beside her on the bed. The other room we rented there was one on the floor. We put a cup over it and called the front desk. He came to our room took a pic of it and killed it, apologized and then left. And we found a dead one on the floor beside the corner lamp.We also had to throw out all of snacks and food we opened the night before because who knows if the roaches had gotten into them.
The rooms are in the process of being renovated, so theyre definitely working on how outdated the building is, so thats nice. The staff working were friendly and knowledgeable, the waterslides and pool were a lot of fun as well. The stay would have been great had there been no cockroaches.
