The issues started with check-in. Despite sending my passport and other required information well before my arrival, the process was still incomplete by check-in time, and I hadn’t received my entry code. Additionally, the cleaning service didn’t arrive, leaving me wishing I had chosen an Airbnb instead. When I requested a refill on some items, my request was ignored, which was frustrating. To top it off, I learned too late that luggage storage needs to be prebooked before checkout—a detail that wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
Overall, while the location was ideal, the service left a lot to be desired and made for an unpleasant experience.
