Excelente hotel!
Estivemos hospedadas apenas uma noite neste maravilhoso hotel em Dzoraget. O hotel é enorme, super confortável, quartos amplos e limpos, piscina semi aquecida, sala fitness e sauna. O café da manhã e super farto e variado. O restaurante oferece comida típica muito saborosa. Wifi grátis em todo hotel. Fica à beira de um rio com forte correnteza e na encosta de uma montanha, o que dá uma bela vista. Sua arquitetura é linda, construído em pedra! Como fica isolado, a qualidade do sono é excelente!

Bom para uma noite
O hotel é bonito e tem ao redor natureza, mas penso ser um lugar para apenas uma noite porque o local não há muito a oferecer a não ser que a pessoas queira descansar. Há uma morada defronte ao hotel que o deixa feio porque é um prédio mal cuidado. Mas o hotel é bonito, rústico. Os serviços deixam a desejar (pessoas acomodadas e não tão profissionais como nos hoteis da capital).

Disappointing
1. The room
We had a room located in the main building. If you want some peace ask for a room in the secondary building.
We were unlucky to have the Pension occupied by 1 full bus of Californian high school students (pilibos). The room overlooked the river. The room was quite sketchy with always this trademark of the tufenkian chain of metal beds, metal bed base that creaks and moves not allowing a quality sleep as on a bed base upholsterer.
The outside weather was rainy and windy. It was not hot (16 degrees) and inside the room could not be heated, it was not super hot. The frame of the terrace (on the outside) was not very insulating you could feel the cold past and you could hear the sound of the river. It was of inferior quality than the window frame laid as shower wall (this is no joke - see photo).
When you take your shower, you will see that water escapes quite a bit outside the window frame for the shower. We also notice this on the marks/traces present on the ground.
In the evening we were treated to a hot shower but in the morning when we wanted to take a shower (along with the horde of students presumably) we were treated to an icy shower. This makes it possible to wake up fairly quickly.
Toilet paper level, 1 roll of toilet paper was present. Thanks to our past experiences, we had rolls of emergency toilet paper with us.
In the room you will find a fridge (empty), an electric kettle for heating water, tea bags and soluble coffee bags as well as 2 bottles of water. This little extra is highly appreciated.
For the room, you didn't have to be tall because some ledges near the bed did not allow to stand without hitting your head.
The comfort of the room was 2.5/5.
2. Meal
We ate dinner with our Guide and Breakfast in the morning.
As for the evening meal, it was dishes served at the table. Chicken drumsticks, orange and cinnamon chicken leg parts accompanied by princess beans with small onions, herbs and eggs. Dessert was a honey dessert. It was overall (not bad). I'll give the evening meal a 3/5 Rating, though it's a shame we had to prank the screaming middle school kids.
For breakfast, the choice of sweet was very sketchy. A few industrial cornflakes, honey, and toast. On the other hand, the salty part was more available: salads, fried eggs, fried bacon, pasta in oil, grilled vegetables, sausage. Anyway, that morning we didn't eat because fried food doesn't pass. 0/5
I'm going to give you an overall Rating of 1.5/5 for the meal.
3. Pension -
The Pension is located close to the river that borders the Pension. It has ample parking, relaxation area and a terrace by the river. The common areas of the Pension are quite clean and maintained. There are several buildings: the main and secondary. The restaurant, sauna, relaxation area is located in the main building. If you are aiming for 100% quiet ask for the secondary building but the rooms are not waouw.
4. Staff
The staff is friendly. They have hotel bases. The receptionist we had on arrival is quite smiling and speaks really good English.
The baggage handler's got enough cleats to pick up the bags.
As for the waiters, the evening staff is quite good and helpful. The morning ones are rather in minimum memorandum mode and do not move from the masses.

Great hotel, great location
Nice rooms with balcony and fantastic views. Very comfortable beds. TV, coffee making facilities and safe. Wi-Fi is a little weak but not surprising considering the location. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent with high quality food and very good service. Staff were excellent.
