Hotel Muito agradável
Passei apenas uma noite no hotel, tendo jantar, bufê, bebidas no bar. Em todos os lugares limpos, estilo antigo, muito boa comida, o serviço, nice room. Todos estes em relação ao preço é muito bom nível. Eu realmente recomendo a todos.

Hotel with feel-good guarantee.
I had booked for my husband and I 5 nights at the Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld with New Year's Eve party 2024/2025. The hotel and the whole area we did not know, we had not informed ourselves before.
When we arrived we were already enthusiastic about the parking. Generous layout even for larger cars and located near the hotel. Where else is that?
The hotel, the room facilities and the workflows are just what you would want as a guest. Friendly, personal and fast. For the kitchen you would have to write an extra anthem! Great class. The whole spa area has left nothing to be desired. We were in the swimming pool daily.
We had a hard time leaving. Conclusion: We will be back soon!

Unfortunately very disappointing, in the restaurant.
Unfortunately, we cannot give a review about the hotel in terms of rooms, spa area, cleanliness in the hotel.
It's purely about the restaurant.
We were there more often food. For the last time it is on
11/11/2024, for Martinsgans dinner.
We were so taken with it, it was excellent, so there was nothing, but nothing to question.
Yesterday we were again in the restaurant, eating ala carte.
We were really looking forward to it.
Unfortunately, our joy did not last long.
The first course was served, the deer carpaccio was a bit grayed out, now do not know if it was already in the kitchen for a few minutes. Then we noticed that it doesn't correspond to the court, so it was just modified once.
Pomegranate seeds were not there, the bacon toast was missing, the walnut dressing was simply replaced by walnuts.
Were a bit disappointed, the waiter informed us so incidentally that he would have said it in the kitchen. But we don't even feel sorry for one, or anything like that.
After that we expected the main course.
So joy about it looked different.
My husband had half the duck, with dumplings and blue cabbage. Half the duck looked grey anyway, as a crispy skin on top, as it should be, and unfortunately dry.
For us absolutely no go.
Then I was given my main course. Wild goulash with Brussels sprouts, and bread dumplings.
When ordering, I asked for an exchange, instead of the bread dumplings, I had chosen dumplings for the dish.
On the plate were 3 slices of bread dumplings, and 2 dumplings.
It's a bit surprising, because never in your life can you eat the multitude. At the remark of me, something has already been
...reacted forcefully.
Unfortunately, the disappointment with Brussels sprouts was also great, which unfortunately was not only biting, but also hard.
As for game goulash, I have to say it was not good at all, because the meat was not properly stewed, because it had pieces with it that were afflicted with too much gelart.
So this is not a braising dish for us, because we are well versed in gastronomy.
Have already eaten in many good houses, so we are in a position to judge it.
By the way, you were asked if everything was okay, you could see that I had pushed my plate off me, and the cutlery was on it.
I denied it when I wanted to say why, then the waiter answered " What is it now again" so it is an outrage to approach the guest with such an answer.
They walked away, then the waiter came back, and said I'd just put some meat on it, but in a bold tone, something like that.
We asked for the bill, assumed that you would cut the bill, but none of that happened.
We got the wooden box to pay for, and the waiter said I put something in.
We opened the wooden box, and there were four balls, undefinable,
in a yellow foil, but wrapped as if someone had already had it.
We paid our bill, which did not correspond to price/performance at all.
What's in the room for us.
It, or was it the same chef from 11.11.2024 who prepared these delicious dishes?
Or did the chef yesterday, on 21.11.2024, 7.00pm,
already off work, or maybe off work.
Because the food of yesterday, and the food of 11.11.2024,
there are worlds in between.
Too bad, actually, but I don't think we'll know what caused it. It was annoying, anyway.
Because only a satisfied guest comes back.
Anyway, it's annoying for us that you pay so much money, and then you go home very, very unhappy.

Great short break
Our second short break in this beautiful hotel has delighted us again. The decor of room and bathroom optimal and very quiet. Staff always helpful and friendly. The food delicious and fresh, a good start to the day. Relaxing the stay in the SPA area. A very successful stay again.

Wellness weekend
We spent a weekend here and it was just fantastic! The team is friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and an absolute highlight is the fantastic SPA! The wellness offer is really 1A: From the spacious sauna area to the pool to the massages – everything is at the highest level and ensures absolute relaxation and relaxation.
