Não consegui dormir nem por um minuto
A temperatura ambiente não pode ser controlada e fica extremamente quente por dentro quando a temperatura externa é de 9 graus.
Não consegui dormir nem por um minuto.
De que adianta um hotel se você não consegue dormir depois de um dia cansativo.

We are sorry to read that you were not able to enjoy a good night. However, it surprises us because the room temperature can of course be lowered or the window can be opened for ventilation. Next time, please speak directly to our team at reception, who will certainly be able to help you quickly or find a good solution for you - we are available 24 hours a day.
Maybe you'll give us another chance to completely convince you next time you visit Hamburg.
