Not comfortable and disappointing
The hotel looked much more welcoming on the Internet than in reality. The self-check-in system worked perfectly and is a practical solution. Unfortunately, the room was a bitter disappointment. It seemed much friendlier in the pictures, but on site I immediately noticed that the room was not ventilated and smelled unpleasant when entering. Also the towels had an unpleasant smell and did not seem fresh.
The bathroom also left much to be desired – water edges were still visible on the floor, which raises the question of whether there was really thorough cleaning. The pillows were extremely hard and the sleeping comfort was very poor. Most disturbing, however, was the extreme clairvoyance of the room: I could even hear my roommate when he turned off the lights. Every movement, every cough, conversations, showers – even private moments from the neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The choice of food was very limited, and the quality left much to be desired. Although the staff was extremely friendly, there was no proper service.
Overall, my stay was disappointing. Due to the inadequate cleanliness, poor sleeping comfort, strong soundscape and disappointing breakfast, I cannot recommend this place and will definitely not be back.

Breakfast room is an imposition
Pre Checkinn hasn't worked before.
- Rooms really small and narrow
- View of a house wall
- The room was extremely dark even if you turned on all the lights in the room.
- Breakfast in the selection rather moderate.
- Furniture in the breakfast room completely unowned, few tables where you can eat in a normal position, most places with armchairs and round coffee tables, just terribly uncomfortable.
All in all not a nice stay

Good family room in the middle of Bielefeld
Breakfast is not included in room price, it is worth 18€ per person, I don't know exactly - but there was good coffee and the most basic things.
The service at the hotel is top and they are very friendly.
